It is the responsibility of the service provider/business owner to delivering astute care when dealing with the publics health. This book is a great resource for the consumer to learn what to look for in salons. It’s also a great resource for nail techs and foot care nurses to learn about the dangers they may not be aware of. As a former vascular nurse turned foot care nurse business owner, I can say YES people do lose limbs as a result of poor nail care services. I can also say I have witnessed lives lost as a result of these infections.
